Milking Cows

The 3rd oldest Fair in New York State takes great pride in being a Family Fair with hands on participation at its exhibits. Tasting, seeing, hearing and literally feeling agriculture in action is one of the best experiences we can offer.

Congratulations to David Wein from Johnsonville, NY... this year's winner of the 2014 fair theme design contest.

David captured the essence of "Harvest Your Dreams" with creativity and imagination while keeping the Schaghticoke Fair prominent in the image, a job well done. Thank you to all that submitted a design for consideration, the entries were great and will be on display during the fair. T-shirts featuring this design will be available for sale at Cottonwood Square (in the Arts & Crafts Building) for the duration of the fair.

The Schaghticoke Fair opens on Wednesday, August 27th and runs through Labor Day weekend, Monday September 1st.

For more information, call Mary at (518) 753-4411, x13.

The Schaghticoke Fairgrounds are located at 69 Stillwater Bridge Road, Schaghticoke, NY 12154.
